I think a good way for Nexon to continue to make money off avatar that are not in the gachapon system anymore would be to start selling them in a straight forward cash shop. From a money making stand point it would make sense because they could:
A) Sell them for way more NX than a normal token. (maple story items can cost about 8 dollars each)
