i can spam that like 24/7 without any problem except scrubs that keep complaining over the fact that i can have auto hp regen and im like DUDE it doesnt only heal hp, it adds defense and also have a cd + overtime heal and also reagrent burn. if ur complaining so much about it, y dont u get it? so ya rly u c my point `---`. and it stops healing at 0 hp so it just depends on ur build. having fortitude is like having extra hp which maxinizes ur survival, vit users dont need those, they need rage for dmg just to make up their high vit and low str stats, i however has a balance of good hp and high mp which maxs my combo usage and skill usage.
